Pricing and Policies

For most custom orders, payment in full is required to secure your date. If the date you’re requesting is more than a month away, I will usually hold your date without payment so long as we have agreed to the details in writing (email exchange, Facebook message exchange, etc.). If I get another order request for your date and you have not yet submitted payment, I will reach out to you and ask you to submit payment at that time to secure your date. If you don’t submit payment at that time, I reserve the right to release your date. For all wedding cakes and large orders of 48 or more cookies, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, regardless of how far in advance you are booking my services.

Payment is required in full three weeks prior to your order pickup date and is non-refundable. This ensures I have time to order any specialized cookie cutters, food colors, and packaging I may need to provide you with sweet treats that exceed your expectations! For wedding cakes and large orders of 48 or more cookies/bars, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due three weeks prior to your order pickup date. If payment has not been received by these deadlines, I reserve the right to release your date.

Due to the custom nature of baked goods and the limited number of orders I can fulfill each week, I do not offer returns. For most custom orders, you can cancel your order up to 21 calendar days in advance of your pickup date for a full refund. After that time, I am unable to offer a refund as I will have already ordered your cookie cutters and other custom materials for your order. For all wedding cakes and large orders of 48 or more cookies, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. You can still cancel your order up to 21 days in advance of your pickup date and will not owe the remaining balance.

Once you receive your order, it’s your responsibility. Please make sure you have a safe way to transport your goodies home that won’t allow them to fall, slide, melt, get crushed, etc.

Little Flower Bake Shop is a cottage food operation, which simply means all of my sweet treats are made in my home kitchen, which is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
