Pricing and Policies

For most orders, returning your signed quote secures your date – woohoo! For all cakes and large orders of 50 or more cookies, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date.

Payment is required in full one week prior to your order pickup date. This ensures we have time to order any specialized cookie cutters, food colors, and packaging we may need to provide you with sweet treats that exceed your expectations! For large orders of 50 or more cookies/bars, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date with the balance being due one week prior to your order pickup date. If payment has not been received by these deadlines, we reserve the right to release your date.

Due to the custom nature of our baked goods and the limited number of orders we can fulfill each week, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, payment can be transferred to a future order if you cancel your order in writing at least 14 days in advance of your originally scheduled pickup date.

Once you receive your order, it’s your responsibility. Please make sure you have a safe way to transport your goodies home that won’t allow them to fall, slide, melt, get crushed, etc.

We are a cottage food operation, which simply means all of our sweet treats are made in a kitchen that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
